Ghana striker Prince Tagoe is set to make his debut for Kelantan FA following the arrival of his International Transfer Certificate (ITC), GHANAsoccernet.com can confirm. The Red Warriors have been unable to use the 27-year-old they signed over a month ago as a free agent due to the non-availability of his ITC. The Malaysian club were having difficulties in securing the vital document from Tagoe's former side Club Africain. The Tunisian club were reluctant in giving away the ITC due to Tagoe's decision to unilaterally cancel his contract over the nonpayment of wages and salaries for over three months.
Kelantan FA adviser Tan Sri Annuar Musa has confirmed the arrival of the ITC and says the Ghanaian striker is free to make his debut in the side's next game against Perak. “Prince Tagoe can play the next match,” Annuar Musa confirmed.
Tagoe's availability serves as a massive boost for Coach George Boateng who is desperate to use the ex TSG Hoffenheim man for the remaining games in the Super League.
